Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure fairness and help us manage our schedule, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: More than 48 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Less than 48 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of £25. No-Show Policy: No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged £50 as a no-show fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling with Notice: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. We will be happy to accommodate a new time slot based on availability.
